Rather poor job for viralness, guys. 1) KEEP MOVING! Don't take THAT much time showing how they sit dogs down, etc. Speed up the video! Attention span is much shorter than you think. 2) JUST having dogs in the video isn't enough. Have them DO things, and without human intervention, too. That has much more "aww!" and "wow!" factors in it. (Compare with the famous LED Sheep Pong)

Actually my friends mother happened to watch a program on Animal Planet that showed how to do Pet CPR and their Jack Russell's heart stopped a month later...She did the CPR and brought him back to life and he lived 2 more years...passing away at 19 years old. So yeah...I think this is good for any pet owner to know...especially if your dog has a bad heart.

God forbid I spell something wrong. I think most people knew I ment ASYSTOLE. I am aware Asystole (& other pulseless rhy.'s) are non-shockable and that you need Epi/Atropine to try to bring the patient into a cardiac rhythm, most likly V-Fib, which is then shockable with the D-Fib. I understand what I said was unclear, however it wasn't "completely wrong". I am just trying to tell people that doing CPR on their dead dog, does not mean the dog will come to back to life and start running around

Actually this is completely wrong. First its asystole not asysole. If someone is asystole a defibrillator is useless. The only way to bring someone back from asystole is through CPR and/or drugs. The Purpose of a defibrillator is basically if someone is in say Ventricular fibrillation it will reset their heart rhythm, in an attempt to return to a sinus/normal rhythm. Please don't give medical advice if you don't know what you are talking about.

When an animal (or human) has absolutly no heart rhythm (asysole) CPR alone will NOT bring them back to life. They will need defibrilation and even then chances of restoring a normal heart beat (sinus rhythm) after 5 minutes is pretty much nothing.

Yeah, that sounds like abuse. Even using SoftPaws sounds absolutely ridiculous. If people can't take a few scratched once in a very rare while, just don't get a cat. I would never do either to my cat. I have gotten a few scratched from playing with them, but that is just nothing. They generally don't scratch people at all, and if people don't like their furniture scratched, buy a proper scratching pole. The can WILL use it.

lol. your vet is not equal to every vet, and your vet doesn't know what he is talking about if he thinks your cat should be bathed that often, unless your cat is a special case. I have no clue if dogs should be bathed or not. Dogs don't interest me, and I never had one. They generally don't seem to mind though, so at least it's not torture. I love this show! The music is great-there are so many allusions to different musical genres.-very clever. And Linny has wonderful leadership qualities. She is knowledgable but never a show off. She encourages the other two and sometimes reins them in with a light touch-and she knows the right moment to just go with their creative impulses.

I did and it ruined my life. I got one and set it up but im really lazy so i didnt do any maintenance on it, and it started growing really fast. By the time i realized it was out of control, my whole family was ruined. We cut it desperately for hours a day with shears and machetes, whatever we could find, but it just kept growing. We had to move away because there was no room left, but luckily we burned the fucking house down and put an end to this abomination. My kids are still scared of shrubs

Spider usually turns to defensive attitude and mostly doesn't try to bite, then retreats slightly and I can start handling. But the first phase is pretty critical. I bought another geniculata at L3 recently so maybe I'll try to use the technique in video with this one ;). But anyway thank you for the great video (and not only this one).

Nice video but this method can be used with very moderate attitude spiders only. I wouln't fear to do this with Brachypelma Emilia, Smithi or Albopilosa (BTW I had one quite aggresive Albopilosa female), but I'm afraid to use the same technique with my Acanthoscurria geniculata. I can't be sure if it bites or not on the first touch. Bouth it at L11 so I don't know the reactions properly yet. So I use the same technique but I use soup spoon instead of my fingers ;).

They do have alittle musk to em but not any more than have a bunch of gerbals. Cost is right around owning a cat except they need a cage to live in when not watching em. The best toy for em is flexible plastic dryer duct. You shouldnt let em run loose without watching em. If they find a small hole or a screen they ll dig and claw. Theyre like watching a little child. you dont want to take eyes off em for a long period. They also hide stuff and hide store food so youll get to clean more often.

ok well give them a bath once a month and then when needed but if you give them more bathes than once a month there skin will dry out. there about 200-300 dollars to start out with [maybe] you will want a cage to keep them in at night other than that they can spend most of there time out and about [in your house of course] BUT... BUT BUT BUT **always*** and i mean always.. keep an eye on them they can and they will get into anything. they are wonderful pets! i love my ferret...

What she said was all good EXEPT ferrets should NOT live in cages. They need a big area to live on, just like a cat or a dog. Of course you can have a "night cage" where you can have them during the night so they won't mess around. But otherwise they should live in the rest of the house with you. If you're going away for a couple of hours you can put them in a ferretsafe room. Anyway, otherwise really good info. :) Ferrets are lovley creatures.

A ferret's nature is like a dog and a cat in one with tons of energy. You can walk it on a leash like a dog (I have, people thought it was a long squirrel), it is litter box trainable like a cat and lastly they are pumped full of energy! I mean they are happy happy happy go go go nearly all the time. In short there is nothing exactly like a ferret. They are smart, crazy, playful and did I mention smart? I had one ferret hide anything shiny under my couch, much of it was money!

That's a new one for me too, I had two three ferrets and none of them needed any surgery whatsoever. *knocks on wood* Only thing they ever did was catch a cold (and you can catch it from them). Besides that they are very hardy animals from my experience.

Oh my God, that's AWFUL. You bathe your ferret once a WEEK!? Do you realize how horrible that is for his skin and coat? Stop doing that now! It's what makes him smell so bad anyway, the frequent baths! Please stop, it's extremely bad for them.

I am in compete agreement with you on the hours of exercise for them and I really enjoyed reading your comments they were kind. Remember this interview lasted 2 hours and the actual footage shown is 3 mins and 30 secs. I think they did a great job editing it but there was a lot of stuff cut out. My ferrets are out about 6 hours a day and I encourage as much time out as possible. Your comments however are great on all aspects. Thank you.

Wow that is me, I had no idea this was on You Tube now. Yes it is true that unfortunately they do need at least one major surgery in their lifetime. Most likely it will be an adrenal surgery. There are multiple health problems ferrets can have you have to weigh what you feel are the pro's and con's of owning one. I would be happy to answer any questions. Most importantly do your homework before you get one.

adreanal gland failure, upper respitory infections, kinda fragile due to size, and communiable infections are a real pain if you have more than 2.
